Greenberg will give a presentation about his latest book, "Four Fish: The Future of the Last Wild Food," at 5 p.m. in the Harbach Theatre, Ford Center for the Fine Arts.
Greenberg's book is a non-fiction work that examines the seafood industry and environmental concerns associated with commercial fishing.
A seafood dinner will follow the lecture at 7:30 p.m. in the Oak Room of the Seymour Union.
The dinner will include sustainably-raised salmon, cod and albacore inspired by Greenberg's book.
Tickets for the dinner are $9.95 per person, and are available at the door.
Students and community environmental organizations will feature displays in the lobby of the Ford Center for the Fine Arts prior to Greenberg's lecture, and autographed copies of "Four Fish" will be available for purchase.
Knox College will also celebrate Earth Week with a Knox faculty panel discussion about resource politics presented by the Knox College Democrats at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17 in the Alumni Room of the Old Main building.
The forum is free and open to the public.
