IPhone 5 - Won't connect to internet

Can't connect to the internet on iPhone 5, it has been playing up since this morning. Won't connect to any of my apps and Safari won't load up and just pings back saying it can't connect as the server has stopped responding.

The phone has 3 bars and 3G is showing in the corner.

I've switched on and off

I've restored the network settings and the restored the whole phone and still nothing.

I don't use Wifi and I've yet to connect to Itunes with it.

Getting really frustrated and annoyed. Can anyone help before the phone gets thrown off the wall.

I've only had the phone for 5 weeks.
